4th June 2014 As expected, the government included plans in this morning’s Queen’s Speech to allow fracking companies to drill under land without permission.
30th May 2014 West Sussex County Council has responded to a challenge by a group of Balcombe residents that the planning permission for Cuadrilla’s exploratory oil well was unlawful.
29th May 2014 The renewable energy company, Ecotricity, has agreed to fund legal action by a group of Balcombe residents campaigning against Cuadrilla’s oil exploration operation in the village.
