Comments due from the Cuadrilla Bowland Ltd and Lancashire County Council in Cuadrilla’s appeal against refusal of a three-year extension of planning permission at Grange Hill, Singleton, Lancashire. The company wanted to carry out flow tests, followed by abandonment and restoration. The appeal is by written representations. Link to appeal details
