Union Jack Oil said this morning it had acquired an extra 35% stake in the Keddington oilfield in Lincolnshire.
The onshore oil and gas company, Union Jack Oil has announced a loss of £1.1m in its accounts for 2018, published today. This compares with a deficit of £0.75m in 2017.

Egdon Resources has announced plans for seven new oil and gas wells over the next year. Four of the wells are in Lincolnshire and have planning permission. Another, near Dorking in Surrey, also has approval after the company’s partner, Europa, won a planning appeal.
