North Yorkshire County Council has confirmed it is investigating whether personal data was used without permission in objections to Third Energy’s application to frack near a Ryedale village.
Councillors in Trafford voted tonight to approve plans by IGas that could lead to 25 years of coal bed methane production from a site next to M60 in Davyhulme.
