Continuation of meeting of North Yorkshire County Council’s Planning and Regulatory Functions committee to discuss Third Energy’s application NY/2015/0233/ENV to frack its KM8 well at Kirby Misperton. Application details. Committee meets at 9.30am at County Hall, Northallerton, DL7 8AD. Decision expected today. Details and links to planning reports and link to live stream of meeting DrillOrDrop will be posting live updates throughout the day and will bring you the news of the decision when it happens.
