Yawn. The usual ill informed meetings for the scientifically illiterate. Odd that Medact have dared to raise thewir heads again. The 2016 report stated in one of its ‘Key Points’ that
‘Based on current evidence it is not possible to conclude that there is a strong association between shale gas related pollution and negative local health effects’. https://www.medact.org/2016/resources/reports/shale-gas-production-in-england/
Oh dear! So what are they going on about? Public Health England have dismissed Medacts claims after all, as there is no evidence for negative health effects, even in the poorly regulated US!
