The case against three people who took part in a protest outside Rathlin Energy’s oil exploration site in East Yorkshire was dismissed today.
An anti-drilling campaigner who delayed the transport of an oil rig by spending the night on the delivery lorry has been found guilty.
The barrister for a group of anti-fracking campaigners on trial for protests outside the Horse Hill oil site near Gatwick said there was “an abject failure” of policing.
