The High Court has granted a final injunction to UK Oil & Gas to prevent specific protests at its Horse Hill site by a small number of activists.
Six anti-fracking protesters locked themselves together outside Cuadrilla’s Lancashire fracking site this morning in the first challenge to the company’s protest injunction. Cuadrilla has said it is taking legal action against them.
Eight anti-fracking campaigners have been found guilty of a range of offences following protests outside the Horse Hill oil exploration site near Gatwick Airport. Another campaigner was cleared of obstruction.
