Cuadrilla Resources has confirmed it has reported a fracking leaflet produced by Friends of the Earth to the Advertising Standards Authority, saying it was misleading and scaremongering. The company says it has also reported FoE to the Charity Commission.

Magellan to contest court action over West Sussex drilling site

The Denver-based oil company Magellan Petroleum has said it will “vigorously contest” a legal action brought by Celtique Energie, its partner in the Broadford Bridge drilling site in West Sussex.
