As the Infrastructure Bill goes into its committee stage, we’ve been looking at the MPs who will be examining the legislation, line by line.
Among the clauses are proposals to change the trespass law and allow companies to frack for oil and gas below 300m without the permission of landowners.
The committee, which meets for the first time at 9.25am tomorrow (16th December 2014), comprises 11 Conservative MPs, nine Labour, two Lib Dem and one Democratic Unionist. The members include Energy and Transport Ministers and their Labour shadows.
