COP26 headlines 1/11/21

President Xi of China will send a written statement to COP26, an official statement said this morning.

USA Today reported that Mr Xi’s statement would be uploaded to the official conference website today, following addresses by world leaders, including US president Joe Biden and the French president Emmanuel Macron.
