Hearing at Court of Appeal in London for appeal against dismissal of statutory challenges made by Preston New Road Action Group and Gayzer Frackman. Both challenges were against the granting of planning permission made by the Communities’ Secretary, Sajid Javid, for drilling, fracking and testing for shale gas at Preston New Road. The case has been listed for 10.30am at The Royal Courts of Justice, The Strand, London, London WC2A 2LL before Lord Justice Simon, Lord Justice Lindblom and Lord Justice Henderson. Details
